• Vendors are responsible for shipping and delivery.

• Returns and refunds are subject to each vendor’s policy unless otherwise stated.

8. Intellectual Property

All platform content, logos, and designs are the exclusive property of Ommar and protected by intellectual property laws.

9. Disclaimer

• Ommar does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

• Ommar is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages.
